  2. Basic design

    Fix the solution

    Establishes the engineering solution across all disciplines, including dimensioned layouts, process flows and P&IDs, HVAC and utility sizing, and confirmed area classifications — delivering a coordinated package ready for budgeting and tender.

    • Process flow diagrams (PFDs)
    • Piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)

  3. Detailed engineering

    Build the package

    Transforms the approved design into a complete, construction-ready package, with detailed multidisciplinary engineering and coordinated drawings suitable for installation and inspection.

    • AHU-wise HVAC & ducting layouts
    • WFI, PW, pure steam & compressed gas distribution and piping route layouts
    • Lighting, power & earthing system drawings
